Write to hello@pulsarapadel.com with your order number. We reply within one business day with the return address and a prepaid return label. Returns are free in the US and EU.

Returned with the cord and box. Normal wear from play is fine; impact damage is not.

Refunded to your original payment method within 14 days of your return arriving back with us.

This is in addition to your 14-day statutory right of withdrawal.
