Two years, on us.
Every Pulsara racket is covered against manufacturing defects for two years from delivery.
Covered
Defects in materials and workmanship: delamination, frame cracks not caused by impact, faulty butt caps or cords.
Not covered
Impact with walls, glass or the ground; normal wear of the overgrip and finish; heat damage.
How to claim
Send your order number and a few photos to hello@pulsarapadel.com. We reply within one business day.
What happens next
If it is a defect, we replace the racket. If a finish is sold out, you choose another. Your statutory rights are not affected.
